One prize to win: a $1000 gift card redeemable for treatments only at Institut MC.

The contest ends on Wednesday, December 22th, 2021, at 11h59.

The draw will take place on Thursday, December 23th directly at the Institute: 8479 Newman boul. LaSalle at 10 am.

The winner will be drawn at random among all participants who will have observed the contest’s eligibility criteria.

Institut MC will contact the winner on December 23 by private message.

The winner must claim their prize directly at the Institut MC, located at 8479, Newman Boul., LaSalle and present valid photo ID and address or proof of 3-month residency and valid ID.

This prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Only one participation will be accepted per purchase contract.

The contest is not associated, managed or sponsored by Facebook. In addition, employees, representatives or agents of the contest are not eligible.

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of an advertising contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux to be settled. A dispute regarding the award of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of an intervention to attempt to resolve it.

This contest is registered at the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux and complies with the “Loi sur les loteries, les concours publicitaires et les appareils d’amusement (Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines)”.
