Skin tags

Skin tags are small growths that are the same colour or slightly darker than your skin. They can appear anywhere on the body, but are mostly found on the neck, in the armpits, in the groin, or under the breasts.

Skin tags are harmless and painless. No one knows what causes them to appear, although they seem to develop more often in:

• overweight people;
• diabetics;
• pregnant women;
• adults over age 40.

Skin tags are not dangerous to your health.
